Unfortunately, the execution leaves much to be desired. The accuracy of the analysis can be inconsistent, and I often find myself questioning the results.

While it attempts to provide insights into customer feedback, I still end up manually sifting through comments to find actionable information, which negates some of the time-saving benefits.
