What do you like most about using Supportagent?

I appreciate the AI's ability to generate conversation starters. It does help in brainstorming ideas for replies.

What do you dislike most about using Supportagent?

The fact that it isn't HIPAA compliant is concerning, especially since we deal with sensitive information.

What problems does Supportagent help you solve, and how does this benefit you?

It speeds up the drafting process, but the lack of compliance makes it hard to fully rely on it for our support needs.
