Honestly, I can’t think of anything that stands out positively.

What do you dislike most about using Superbot?

The limitations on integrations are a huge drawback. I can't connect it to many tools we use daily.

It hasn’t really solved any significant problems for us. We still have to handle many issues manually, defeating the purpose of using a chatbot.
