What do you like most about using Landbot?

I love the user-friendly interface of Landbot. Setting up chatbots for lead generation is straightforward, and the drag-and-drop feature makes it easy to customize the flows. It has significantly improved our lead engagement.

What do you dislike most about using Landbot?

The only downside I've noticed is that some of the chatbot templates could use more variation. While the existing ones are good, having more options would help in catering to different industries.
