You purchase transcription credit up front, at a rate determined by your pricing plan. When transcribing, the file duration (not the time taken to transcribe) is subtracted from your transcription time credit, to the second. Credits do not expire.
What is the difference between your plans?
Both plans are pay-as-you-go. You purchase transcription hours (credit) upfront and use them as needed. Transcription credit never expires. Pay as you go plan costs $15 per hour, suitable for small projects with volume discounts available. Pay as you go PRO offers 60% off on annual license payment, ideal for higher volume needs.
