What do you like most about using Conju?

The idea of automating SMS responses is promising, especially for missed calls. If it worked as intended, it could save businesses a lot of time.

What do you dislike most about using Conju?

Unfortunately, I found the integration with my existing CRM to be quite cumbersome. It didn't sync properly, which negated the benefits of automation.

What problems does Conju help you solve, and how does this benefit you?

While it aims to handle customer queries on my behalf, the inconsistent performance meant I still had to manually follow up with leads, which is counterproductive.
