- Ava processes speech best when the mouth of the person speaking is less than 12-inches from the mic connected to Ava. If using Ava in offline mode, try to find a location where internet is available. A stable internet connection will improve accuracy and latency.

- Fully inclusive meant Ava needed to be free. If you don’t have any time left, you can: A) Join a friend’s conversation who still has credit left. B) Upgrade to one of the premium plans to get unlimited captioning time. C) Wait till the end of your 30 day cycle for a new 5 hours credit!

- Ava's automated captions are included in each of our organizational plans and are always available for quick and spontaneous interactions. For the most important situations, Scribe time should be added to the account based on the frequency of meetings.

- A host is a paid license assigned to an end-user for captioning online and in-person meetings or classes. Scribe is a professional grade captioning service based on machine and human captions.
