What does documents retention mean?
Retention refers to the maximum number of days we keep your data stored before it is permanently deleted from our servers and database.
What happens to unused credits?
Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period, and your account is topped up with new credits.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. All our plans come with a ~17% discount when you subscribe annually (equivalent to 2 months free).
What happens once I have used all my credits?
Your Airparser account can still receive emails, but they won't be parsed until the next billing period. Alternatively, you can upgrade your subscription to credit your account. You can also re-process any previously parsed emails & documents.
