Do you offer any discounts?: We run a Promo Management Software, so of course, we do! You get 10% OFF when you decide to pay annually. Plus, we have a Referral Bonus, when you can get 20% monthly revenue of every new client that you recommend.

What happens when I extend the limit of redemptions, will you stop accepting vouchers?: The user experience of your Customers is very important to us, therefore we do not block the redemptions after you extend your limits. We will simply inform you about it and propose an alternative plan.

I have a limit of processed transactions, but how many unique coupon codes per month I can generate?: We don’t limit the number of coupon codes generated or uploaded to our platform, nor the number of campaigns created.

What if I am unhappy with your service and want to resign?: If for any reason, you decide to discontinue our service, you may do so within 30 days. Additionally, you can export your vouchers and redemptions data to ensure that your Customers can still redeem active promotions.

What form of payment do you accept?: Each payment is done upon invoice, and payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card. Credit card information can be saved for automatic future payments, with Stripe used to process credit card transactions.

What is the SLA that you offer?: Vouchery offers an SLA with a dedicated implementation manager for Enterprise packages. Standard Support includes Technical & Business Support via phone, chat, and email during weekdays. Helpdesk tickets are responded to within one business day.

What forms of Business Support do you offer?: Vouchery provides Technical & Business Support to Customers via phone, chat and email on weekdays during specified hours, excluding Federal Holidays. Customers also gain access to the Vouchery User Community Slack for updates and testing.

Does Vouchery have business insurance to make my business safe?: Yes, Vouchery has Hiscox Business Insurance, including professional indemnity insurance for technology companies, public and products liability insurance, employers’ liability insurance, and cyber and data insurance.
