Is SaveDay available for free?: Absolutely! Dive right into our Basic Plan at zero cost. It comes with unlimited saved items, search, highlights, notes and more. Note: The use of key point and Q&A features are limited, but users still get some free credits each month.

What are the payment options?: SaveDay accepts all major credit and debit card brands for payment.

How can I cancel my paid plan?: To cancel a paid plan, go to 'Account' in the desktop Settings, select 'Change plan,' and click 'I definitely want to cancel.' Paid features will be retained until the current billing cycle ends.

What happens if my payment fails?: In the event of a failed payment attempt, SaveDay will notify the user after each attempt. Up to 8 retries will be made over the following month, and unsuccessful attempts will result in an automatic downgrade to the Basic plan.

What happens when I change plans?: Upgrading a plan will take immediate effect with billing, while downgrades become effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

Can I change my payment method?: Certainly! Users can update their payment method at any time in the billing settings.

How do refunds work?: For refunds or cancellation of a paid plan, users can contact SaveDay via email at [email protected] within 14 days of signing up for a plan to receive a refund for the unused portion, whether it's a monthly or yearly plan.
