What do you like most about using Ezmail.ai?

What do you dislike most about using Ezmail.ai?
Unfortunately, the drafts produced are often generic and lack a personal touch. It can come off as robotic, which can be an issue when you want your emails to sound more authentic.
What problems does Ezmail.ai help you solve, and how does this benefit you?
Ezmail.ai helps save time when drafting emails, but I find that I still need to edit the drafts extensively before sending them. It does assist in overcoming writer's block, but the quality still needs improvement.
