What do you like most about using Zozo?

What do you like most about using Zozo?
The idea of personalized clothing is fantastic, and I was optimistic about using the Zozosuit.
What do you dislike most about using Zozo?
Unfortunately, the fit of the clothes I received was still off. I expected better accuracy from the measurements.
What problems does Zozo help you solve, and how does this benefit you?
While the concept is good, I still find myself dealing with returns due to fit issues, which is counter to what Zozo aims to solve.
