Alice AI (Yandex) is a voice-activated AI assistant, known in Russian as Alisa, developed by the Russian technology company Yandex. It works across Yandex's apps and devices and is one of the most widely used voice assistants in Russia, comparable in role to Siri or Alexa in other markets.
Alice can answer questions, set reminders, control smart home devices and play music, and hold casual conversations in Russian, and is built into Yandex's search app, browser, smart speakers and cars. It also offers generative AI chat features for writing and answering complex questions, similar to other AI assistants worldwide, and continues to be updated as Yandex expands its own large language model technology.
