The layout is clean and intuitive, which makes it easy to navigate when you can access it.

The technical errors completely hindered my ability to access any content. I kept being prompted to upload new files without any clear guidance on what was wrong.

It is supposed to help with organizing ad campaigns, but since I couldn't even log in properly, I didn’t gain any benefits from it.

I appreciate the concept of Ad Agency and how it aims to streamline ad management. The interface seems user-friendly at first glance.
What do you dislike most about using Ad Agency?
Unfortunately, I encountered multiple technical access issues that made it nearly impossible to utilize the features effectively. The lack of support documentation was frustrating.

In theory, it should help agencies manage their ad campaigns more efficiently. However, due to the technical issues I faced, I couldn't experience any real benefits.

The technical access issues are incredibly frustrating. I wasted a lot of time trying to troubleshoot the same problem repeatedly.
