What do you like most about using Communion?
The ability to generate audience-based variations is a unique feature that I find quite useful for targeting.

The performance is inconsistent; sometimes it works great, but other times, it doesn't meet my expectations.
What problems does Communion help you solve, and how does this benefit you?
It assists with campaign testing, though I think I could achieve similar results without the AI. It does help automate some processes.

What do you dislike most about using Communion?
The execution isn’t great. The AI-generated content often feels bland and lacks the creativity I was hoping for. Additionally, the interface is not very intuitive.

It could potentially help streamline content creation, but I found that I spend more time editing the AI output than creating original content. It hasn't significantly reduced my workload.
